One of the best pizza chains I have ever had the person who works the cashier is one of the nicest people I have met a super friendly place with great pizza the sauce is good cheese is melted toasty bread highly recommended

If you are looking for that good Cloverleaf pizza that everyone loves, don't look here!! I don't pretend to know the pizza business, just the end result, so I don't know what changed, but it's terrible! The pizza has no 'rise' to it, seems like it's been smashed flat, (the day before) and then warmed up for you today! And one of my family's favorite, the crunchy crust bread we received, was almost unrecognizable! Over cooked, almost burned, no sweetness on it at all, one of our guests remarked that it seemed liked old burned bread warmed up in the microwave. And I made sure to specify on my order to under-bake it, because of this happening on previous orders! They obviously didn't read it, hopefully they didn't overcook it out of spite! Doesn't matter anyway, I will not be returning to this location! If you love Cloverleaf as much as we do, I suggest you try another location. Very disappointing!

Used to order 4 times a month or more. Food quality has gone down, orders constantly wrong or incomplete, and lack of accountability. Decided to try them again after a over a year of going elsewhere. I should've known. Chicken wings fatty, disgusting slapped together sub, and of course, incomplete order. When I called to speak the "manager" Darryl about it the next day, I didn't ask for anything, I just wanted to let him know that a once very loyal customer who spent a lot of money for his food, tried it again and was disappointed. Darryl kept interrupting, denying and arguing with me. To the point he even said they didn't make the sub that I ordered. He basically ended up hanging up on me, and only then did I say something out of turn. Apparently Darryl doesn't know how to respond to calm complaints or how to give good customer service. No wonder their business has dropped so much. At least that's what some of their employees have said. Maybe they'll be out of business soon. Sad.

I ordered square with light cheese and well done. Pizza had extra cheese and wasn't even completely cooked. First time in my life I had to throw out a pizza because it was inedible. Didn't even finish one slice. Needless to say I won't be going back ever again.

Moved to sterling Heights about 15 years ago was a loyal customer to this location for years. Pizza was always consistent and made with love. Customer service was great. Spent lots of money there feeding my large family. Things changed a couple of years ago ago inconsistency no love. Customer service could care less about complaints. Fast forward to today thought i would give them another chance. Lesson learned Pizza over cooked. Would have called and complained but these people could care less. My money spends anywhere. Lot's of great Pizza in my area made with love and great customer service. Stay away from this you can do better
